Account and data
To delete your account, sign in and open Settings → Account → Delete account. The flow explains how shared clubs and device-local Marker Sessions are handled before you confirm.
Apple Watch Marker Session help
The Watch records Marker Sessions offline. When the Watch reconnects to the paired iPhone, sessions can be delivered to the iPhone for import into a match video.
- Open the match video, tap Import markers, choose Import from Apple Watch, select a session, filter Home, Away, or Both, review the markers, and confirm.
- Watch sessions containing markers and all sessions already received by iPhone remain on each device until you delete them manually. Ending an empty Watch session creates no saved or transferable Watch recording, and old zero-marker Watch-only recordings may be cleaned up automatically. Independent iPhone copies and confirmed video events are not removed.
- When reporting an issue, include the device model, OS and app versions, session date or name, what you expected, and any error message or screenshot.
