Hadeshe helps users manage soccer clubs, players, matches, videos, and leaderboards. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and sign-in method.
- Club information that you create or manage, including clubs, players, stadiums, tournaments, matches, scores, lineups, leaderboards, highlights, and notes.
- Media and links you add, such as uploaded club, player, or stadium images and YouTube video URLs or related match video details.
- Technical information needed to run the service, such as authentication sessions, cookies, request logs, device/browser details, and basic security diagnostics.
How We Use Information
- To provide Hadeshe features, including account access, club management, match tracking, video event marking, and leaderboards.
- To store and display the content you create to you and to other users who have access to the same club or shared page.
- To keep the app reliable, secure, and compatible across the web app and Android app.
- To respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
Sharing and Service Providers
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file uploads, and app delivery. These providers process information only as needed to run the app.
- If you sign in with Google, Google processes your sign-in information under Google's privacy policies.
- If you add or view YouTube video links, YouTube may process information according to Google's privacy policies.
Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect
- Hadeshe is not an advertising app and does not use advertising SDKs.
- We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, SMS messages, health data, financial data, government IDs, or biometric data.
- The app is intended for general club and match management and is not directed to children under 13.
Your Choices
- You can update or delete content you manage inside the app where those controls are available.
- You can contact us to request help with account or data deletion.
- You can control cookies and local storage through your browser or device settings, but some sign-in features may stop working without them.
Retention and Security
- We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
