Hadeshe helps users manage soccer clubs, players, matches, videos, and leaderboards. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and sign-in method.
- Club and match information that you create or manage, including clubs, players, stadiums, tournaments, matches, scores, lineups, leaderboards, highlights, notes, and any Marker Session JSON and markers that you choose to import.
- Media and links you add, such as uploaded club, player, or stadium images and YouTube video URLs or related match video details.
- Technical information needed to run the service, such as authentication sessions, cookies, request logs, device/browser details, and basic security diagnostics.
- On Hadeshe's regular website and Android web experience, Vercel Web Analytics records page views and navigation only for the home, about, support, accessibility, privacy policy, and privacy choices pages. Hadeshe sends only the canonical page path, never query or fragment values, together with referrers, browser and operating-system details, device type, and approximate country, region, and city. Account, club, entity, join, and authentication routes are excluded. Vercel uses a cookie-free visitor hash that resets daily and reports this analytics data without linking it to your Hadeshe account. The analytics client is disabled in Hadeshe's embedded iPhone web experience.
How We Use Information
- To provide Hadeshe features, including account access, club management, match tracking, video event marking, and leaderboards.
- To store and display the content you create to you and to other users who have access to the same club or shared page.
- To keep the app reliable, secure, and compatible across the web, Android, iPhone, and Apple Watch apps.
- To respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
- To measure audience size and understand aggregated product interaction, such as which pages are viewed. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app or cross-site tracking.
Sharing and Service Providers
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We use service providers for hosting, Vercel Web Analytics, authentication, database storage, file uploads, and app delivery. These providers process information only as needed to run the app and provide the purposes described in this policy.
- If you sign in with Apple or Google, that provider processes your sign-in information under its privacy policies. During account deletion, Hadeshe attempts to revoke linked provider tokens.
- If you add or view YouTube video links, YouTube may process information according to Google's privacy policies.
Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect
- Hadeshe is not an advertising app and does not use advertising SDKs.
- We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, SMS messages, health data, financial data, government IDs, or biometric data.
- The app is intended for general club and match management and is not directed to children under 13.
Your Choices
- You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account. The deletion flow explains and resolves any clubs you still own before the final confirmation.
- Marker Sessions stored on your Apple Watch or iPhone remain device-local and are not removed by server account deletion. Delete them manually on each device when you no longer want them.
- Cookie-free Vercel Web Analytics runs automatically on the regular website and Android web experience, but is disabled in the embedded iPhone web experience. It does not use an analytics cookie or consent preference and is not used for advertising or cross-app or cross-site tracking.
- You can contact us to request help with account or data deletion.
- You can control cookies and local storage through your browser or device settings, but some sign-in features may stop working without them.
Retention and Security
- When you complete account deletion, Hadeshe immediately removes your active user record and its linked provider accounts, sessions, memberships, and access requests from the live database. Upload-service images owned by your account are queued for deletion when no club, player, or stadium still uses them; the remote service removes them after processing and keeps temporary failures queued for retry. Retained shared files are no longer linked to you as uploader. Shared club content and imported match events can remain after ownership is transferred, without your user identity attached. When an owner explicitly deletes a club, Hadeshe queues its club, player, and stadium images for deletion unless the same uploaded file is referenced by another club; externally hosted and shared images are not deleted.
- Residual copies of deleted account data can remain in restricted rolling backups until those backups expire within 90 days. A narrowly required legal or security record may be kept only for as long as that obligation applies.
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
